Afters

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 22, 2026

By using Afters (afters.now and the Afters iOS app, operated by Code5, Romania) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Afters.

Your content

You own the photos you take. By snapping into a party’s roll you give that party’s members the ability to view and save them, and you give us the limited license needed to store and display them inside the service. Only photograph people who are okay with being photographed — you are responsible for what you shoot.

No objectionable content

No illegal content, no sexual content involving minors, no non-consensual intimate imagery, no harassment, no content that infringes others’ rights. Every photo can be reported in-app; we review reports within 24 hours, remove violating content, and may suspend accounts that post it. Hosts can additionally hide any photo from their roll and close their party at any time.

Your account

One account per phone number; keep access to your number. You can request account deletion in the app (Profile → Delete account) — processed within 30 days.

The service

Afters is provided “as is.” Rolls aren’t deleted on an automatic timer, but Afters isn’t a backup service — keep your own copies of the shots that matter. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we remove content that violates these terms. We’re not liable for indirect damages; our total liability is capped at what you paid us (Afters is free, so: zero) to the extent the law allows.
